If your reservation cannot be fulfilled, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your arrival date.

Any reservation that is not fulfilled and is not canceled, or is canceled too late, will be billed at the price equal to the price of the first night. A different cancellation policy may apply to group reservations. In that case, the hotel will contact you within 24 hours.
